To ensure a proper adherence, make sure hands are clean and without oil, sweat or dirt. Apply warm water with soap to hands, scrub for at least 30 seconds and then dry thorougly.
2. Unwrap
Open up the GamerGripz box and carefully remove one GGz strip from the wax paper backing (do this slowly to avoid the strip sticking to itself or other surfaces).
3. Apply
Place the strip with the adhesive (sticky) side facing up onto a clean flat surface. Press desired finger firmly onto the middle of the strip ensuring that the rounded side (top) is pointed towards the top of the finger.
4. Wrap
With the available other hand, wrap each arm of the strip one at a time over the back of the finger creating an X pattern. Proceed slowly and avoid creasing the strip as you wrap.
5. Repeat
Repeat step 2–4 on any other desired fingers.
